Brooklyn Earick Rejects Tottenham Hotspur Acquisition Offer Post-Initial Contact

American tech entrepreneur the entrepreneur has dismissed submitting an official acquisition offer for Tottenham.
Spurs had previously âclearly turned downâ an preliminary inquiry from a investment group spearheaded by Brooklyn Earick last period and stated the team was unavailable for purchase.
But British acquisition regulations dictated that, following an initial approach rejected, Earick's consortium had to submit a bid by late October or declare they would refrain.

The informal offer was the latest approach rejected by the club's board since the sudden departure of long-serving chairman Levy in September.
Earlier in September, the club declined offers from ex-Newcastle investor Staveley's PCP International Finance Limited and a syndicate headed by Kennedy and the co-investor through the holding company.
The former chairman and his family hold about a significant stake of Enic Holdings â which has an nearly 87 percent shareholding in Spurs.
He was the English top flight's most enduring chair and is believed to have earned over ÂŁ50 million during his nearly 25 years in the position.
