Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key labelling different areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Further images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
